• Can I return a product after purchase?

  Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. Thank you for your understanding.

• I haven’t received a confirmation email after placing my order.

  Possible reasons include:
  
  Incorrect email address.
  Domain permission settings not configured.
  Email sent to your spam folder.

  Pay close attention to your skin's condition while using the product.
  Discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist if you experience:
  Redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening of the skin during use.
  (1) If any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, loss of color (vitiligo etc.) or darkening appear during use.
  (2) If the skin used is exposed to direct sunlight and the above abnormalities appear.
  
  Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, or eczema.
  For those with allergies or sensitive skin, perform a patch test before use.
  Avoid contact with eyes.
  If the product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
  Consult an ophthalmologist if symptoms persist.
  Variations in color or fragrance may occur due to natural ingredients, but this does not affect product quality.
  Avoid storing in high humidity, high temperatures, or direct sunlight.
  Keep out of reach of small children.
  Close the lid tightly after use.
  Use the product promptly after opening.

  We do not offer international shipping. Orders are limited to Japan.

• How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  We ship within 5 days of receiving your order.
  *Note: Orders placed during the New Year period will be shipped sequentially starting January 10.
